$10 - Fat Tester
I will test your body fat and measurements then send an email with exercises for a body part of your choice

$20 - Build your own
You can set up sessions however you would like for $20 per session.  Once a week up to 6 times a week, the choice is yours.  Money for the week is do at the time of the first session. I recommend at least two days a week training with me.  For best results I recommend exercising six days a week whether it is with me part of the time, by yourself part of the time or with me all six days.                                             

$275 - Tight Budget
8 weeks 2 days per week.  You are responsible for training on the off days. I will test your body fat, measurements, give you food recommendations, and workout with you for two days a week for 8 weeks.

$500 - Transformation Time
8 weeks 4 days per week.  I will test your body fat, measurements, give you food recommendations, and workout with you intently four days a week for 8 weeks.  You will never regret doing this if you want to work hard and achieve results you want.

$30 - Group Training
Two people can train together.  This is a per session fee or you can do an 8 week program together at a reduced rate per session.

*Payment for the entire week of sessions is due at the first session of the week.  If you are doing the 8 week program half is due on the first session and the other half is due at the 4 week mark.
**You must call 24 hours in advance to cancel your session or you will still be charged for the session.
